What a great winder! I picked the carbon fiber and the finish looks amazing. But the guts of the machine look and feel solid, not flimsy. I was very impressed! Looking for more watches and a larger winder.
The winder box looks nice and the winders are very quiet. However, I can't get the sleep mode to work properly (and I think I followed the instructions). I was not able to reach Volta customer service either directly through Volta or through Watch Winder Pros contacting Volta. I'll probably keep it, but I don't think I would buy from Volta again (mainly, because there is no customer service for questions/issues). I tried giving it 3 stars but thewatchwinderpros.com hid a less than 4 stars review so I changed it so it could be seen. Not cool hiding lower than 4 stars reviews.

My husband has been considering purchasing a watch winder for himself but never did so I decided to get it as for him as a birthday gift. Turned out he loves it. Something about seeing the watches wind makes him happy. It's a man thing, I suppose. ;) It's one of the few gift I've given him that he hasn't returned. Packing was top notch and the winder case and details are amazing. Highly recommend!

Only unfortunate part I ran into was my package didn’t contain a US compatible charger, but WatchWinderPros overnighted one for me as soon as they were alerted it was missing from the factory!
You do have to open the top storage to expose the watch winder section flip down lid (can’t open with storage top all the way down).
The watch holders are nice, can adjust easily for band size.
Does a great job winding watches, as it should lol.
You can change the direction to simulate wear, and many other features I haven’t even explored yet.
Would buy again! Great experience overall!
