    Order Confirmation:

    As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

     

    Order Shipment:

    Great winder - with tiny flaw

    Excellent and secure packaging which survived UPS's handling. Unpacking made easy by a band with a handle around the 8 unit winder.

    The winder's fit and finish are very good indeed. The front's latches are secure and open easily.

    This winder was very easy to set up, though the settings for the Vacheron Constantin Royal Eagle Chrono had the winding direction wrong.

    The watch holders are fine for men's straps, though a bit awkward for use with a deployant clasp. I do not think that the holders would work well for a ladies strap, though there are very few automatics for ladies.

    It keeps watches perfectly wound and if it makes any sound it is below my hearing threshold.

    BUT - why the FLASHING green LEDs? I keep the winder in the bedroom and so have to cover it at night. I understand that the green LED indicates functionality - steady and much less bright would have been better.
