Exchanges/Returns

DO NOT JUST SEND RETURNS BACK TO STORE. 

Please call or email info@thewatchwinderpros.com for a Return Authorization Number and specific instructions for how to  return your order based on the situations.

Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos of the item as well as the packaging to info@thewatchwinderpros.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. The original packaging is required.

Cancellations:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and 15% Restocking Fee . Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

30 Day Return/Exchange Policy:

Your order can be returned within 30 days of the fulfillment date. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as a 20% Restocking Fee. The product bust be in its original packaging and in new condition. All returns will be inspected before a refund is issued.

Watch Return Policy:

Watches may be returned within 10 calendar days of receipt of the delivery as long as the watch is in the same condition that it was shipped. All watches are photographed and videoed prior to shipment and will be compared upon receipt. Once we have received the watch back it will be sent to our watchmaker to confirm it is still in working order and all of the parts are still original. Once the watch is confirmed to be in acceptable return condition a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
